Will it fit my car?

Back seat: metal hooks clip onto the ISOFIX anchor points (the same ones a child seat uses), or tuck into the seat crease if your car doesn't have them. A strap then goes around the headrest.
Front seat: the strap wraps around the seat back. Always switch the passenger airbag off.
Trunk / cargo area: just set it down.

How do I clean it?

The surface is waterproof — liquid sits on top instead of soaking in. Wipe it with a damp cloth and you're done. The cover also unzips and comes off in one piece.

Which size should I choose?

The Medium is 55 × 40 cm inside. Watch how your dog sleeps: if they curl up, measure the curl and add about 10 cm; if they stretch out, measure nose to base of tail and add 15–20 cm. Not sure? Email us a photo of your dog lying down and we'll help.

Do I clip it to my dog's collar?

No — always the harness, never the collar. The inner belt is designed to clip onto a harness.

Is it crash-tested?

We don't make crash-test or certification claims. What we can tell you is exactly how it attaches (see "Will it fit my car?") so you can judge it for yourself.

What does the warranty cover?

Lifetime warranty on the zipper, the fabric and the handles.
